Ammunition Restrictions - Always make sure to use the correct ammo for your specific firearm.

Federal law states:

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition
• You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.
• All ammunition will be shipped UPS ground to your door. Ammunition cannot be shipped to APO or FPO Address, PO Box or by air freight.
• We ship only to the lower 48 states. See below for more information.

States and Cities we can NOT Ship Ammo to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts
• Chicago and Cook County, IL
• Brooklyn, Manhattan and New York City, NY
• Los Angeles, Oakland, San Francisco and Sacramento, and Napa and Yolo Counties, CA
• Washington D.C.
• Illinois residents must fax a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID. to us at: (260) 693-2627

High Capacity Magazine Restrictions

• Please check local laws before ordering large capacity magazines.
• A large capacity magazine is any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than prohibited by the city or state.
• California prohibits magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds without a permit.
• Hawaii prohibits ammunition magazines with a capacity in excess of ten rounds which are designed for or capable of use with a pistol.
• Aurora, Illinois bans the possession, sale, or acquisition of large capacity feeding devices, and prohibits magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds.
• Chicago, Illinois bans the transfer, acquisition or possession of assault ammunition, and prohibits magazines having a capacity or more than 12 rounds.
• Franklin Park, Illinois bans the transfer, acquisition, possession, manufacture or distribution or assault ammunition and prohibits magazines having a capacity of more than 16 rounds.
• Oak Park, Illinois bans the possession and sale of large capacity feeding devices and prohibits magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds.
• Riverdale, Illinois bans the possession, transfer, acquisition or manufacture of assault ammunition and prohibits magazine with a capacity of more than 35 rounds.
• Maryland bans the possession, sell, purchase, or transfer of a detachable magazine that has a capacity of more than 20 rounds without FFL.
• Massachusetts bans the sale, transfer or possession of large capacity feeding devices for assault weapons, and Prohibits magazines with a capacity or more than 10 rounds.
• New Jersey prohibits magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds without an FFL
• New York it is a felony to manufacture, transport, dispose of, or possess a large capacity ammunition feeding device, and magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds are prohibited.

You must confirm and agree to the following during checkout: 

• You are of legal age to purchase ammunition.
• By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
• You have not been convicted of a felany of any kind, or a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependant.
• You have no legal restraint which would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
• You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
• You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL - for safety resons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
• You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
